Where does strategy matter - and where doesn't it?

In this episode of the Owning It podcast I explore one of the biggest misconceptions in business; that strategy alone creates results. I show you how what you’re thinking and how you take the action is really driving all your successes and failures.

There are so many examples of how this shows up - in the earlier stage of business you don’t really know what’s working and you’re trying lots of different things (and that’s all good for your learning) But as your business grows, you want to create more impact with fewer things - especially if it’s just you, or you and a small team.

Listen in to hear how you can move from inconsistent growth into a more repeatable way of building. You’ll see how time spent thinking about your clients and how to help them can translate into valuable invitations - ways that you can sign clients and deliver really great experiences for them.

This comes down to refining your message and spending more time immersed in the value of what you do. When you add to that a streamlined, simplified plan of actions to take it becomes ingrained - and part of just who you are being. It means you can focus on building skill instead of learning tactics.

If you’re ready to grow your business and create repeatable results, the doors are opening for The Conscious Sales Collective, a six-month skill-building programme designed for service-based business owners to create repeatable sales.

The doors are opening on June 9th - June 18th and the programme starts on July 6th. Head here to sign up for an enrolment call and get all the details.
